A refined Tuscan red from 100% organic Sangiovese, aged 12 months in oak and 3 months in bottle. Produced in limited quantities each year on Villa Lena's estate — set along the ley line of San Michele, the patron saint who slayed the dragon.

Palate: Juicy plum, dark berries, soft tannins
Pairing: Beef, veal, lamb, game, charcuterie, strong cheese, dark chocolate
